Autism Bedfordshire is a charitable company limited by guarantee.  It was registered as a charity on 14th November 2003 and incorporated on 9th January 2004 at Companies House, Crown Way, Cardiff, CF14 3UZ.

Registered office and operation address: Salamander House, 2-10 St. John’s Street, Bedford, Bedfordshire MK42 0DH.

The company was established under a Memorandum of Association, which established the objects and powers of the charitable company and is governed under its Articles of Association. Under those articles, the members of the Management Committee are elected at the A.G.M. to serve a period of 3 years, subject to ratification at each A.G.M.

The Members of the Management Committee are Trustees of the Charitable Company and also Directors for the purposes of Company Law.
