At Autism Bedfordshire we are aware that there has been a rise in demand relating to autism and employment. More employers than before want to know more about autism in their workplace and some of the difficulties people face with social situations and sensory issues while at work.

It’s the small changes that can make a big difference to recruitment, retention and wellbeing and this free interactive event aims to enable employers and their staff to see the potential hidden talent in their workplace. This event will increase your understanding of autism, the reasonable adjustments that can be made and dispel some of the assumptions commonly made about the support needs of autistic people.
